I'm Bisi Ngwolo, and I'm running for the LCISD School Board to bring strong, principled leadership during a time of unprecedented growth and opportunity in our district. As a husband, father of three, and longtime advocate for education, I understand firsthand the hopes, challenges, and dreams that many LCISD families share. I'm not only invested in this community, I'm rooted in it.
With over 14 years of experience in public education including roles in athletics, special education, and departmental leadership, I have seen the vital role schools play in shaping our future. I hold a Master's in Educational Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington, which equips me to understand school operations, educational policy, and how to strategically support both teachers and students in meaningful ways.
This campaign is about more than just seats and policies — it's about empowering families, equipping teachers, and ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed. My leadership is grounded in faith, integrity, and a deep commitment to service. I will be a voice for parents, teachers, and students as we navigate the demands of rapid growth while remaining focused on academic excellence, safety, and community values.
As your representative for District 6, I will work tirelessly to:
I believe in the power of listening, leading with conviction, and doing the hard work necessary to move our district forward. Together, we can shape a future for LCISD that we can all be proud of.
Strengthen curriculum for career, college, STEM, vocational, and leadership readiness..
Ensure that taxpayer dollars are used efficiently and effectively, prioritizing investments that directly benefit student learning and teacher support.
Advocate for competitive compensation, professional development, and resources that attract and retain exceptional educators in our district.
Implement comprehensive safety measures and mental health support systems to create secure learning environments for all students and staff.
Foster collaboration between schools, families, businesses, and community organizations to create a network of support for student success.
Work to ensure that all students have access to the resources, opportunities, and support they need to succeed, regardless of their background.
